Paid order! Where is my package?

The email you just received contains your details.

  1. The email will have your shipment information.
    Please visit the website of whichever courier (AP Cargo, J&T Express, Jades Cargo, etc.) you choose to track your package.
  2. Allow 48-72 hours for the tracking to be valid online.
  3. If tracking is not valid online, you may call the local number of your chosen courier and have them track it manually. Please mediate with your courier.
  4. Please allow 3-7 working days for your package to arrive.
  5. We are NOT responsible for any delays the courier may cause.
  6. If you have not received your order within 7 business days, contact us with your order # and we will assist you in tracking your package. Please wait until 7 business days have passed.

Tracking is not valid online, what do I do?

If after 48-72 hours and tracking is still not valid online, we suggest you give your local courier a call so they can manually track your order. Please mediate with your courier. If you still haven't received your package after 7 working days, let us know so we can assist you.

I missed the delivery! What do I do?

If your courier has attempted delivery of your order an unfortunately you missed it, we urge you to contact them directly. Couriers have very strict rules and you must be responsible for mediating with them regarding re-delivering your package. We cannot assist you in this aspect as your package is already in your area.

Mishandled package?

In any case this happens, take a photo immediately and let us know! We will do our best to assist you.

AP Cargo deliveries may take up to 14 working days as they have informed us. JNT Express is 4-8 working days.
